Le Manoir de Brendel is a family-owned estate where all grapes are harvested by hand. Our Brendel range stands for attention to detail according to centuries old tradition of winemaking. Our red wines undergo a first fermentation in the tank, followed by a second fermentation in barrels and are finally matured on oak for 16 to 19 months In this mild and sunny climate in the shadow of the mountains, we grow grape varieties of Shiraz, Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay.
